We are the Horry-Georgetown Technical College chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. We have a single chapter for all 3 campuses of HGTC: Conway, Grand Strand, and Georgetown. Our chapter is actively involved with the college and the community through community service and research projects. We are an award-winning chapter at both the regional and international levels. In 2023, we were the #1 chapter in the world and in 2024, we were #2 in the world! Our members lead chapter projects and initiatives with guidance from faculty and staff advisors.
