A recap of the Carolinas Regional Convention (recaps/photos continue to the end of the post)!

Alpha Nu Sigma attended the Carolinas Regional Convention March 6-8, 2026 at South Piedmont Technical College in Monroe, NC. It was a weekend of keynote speakers, educational forums, updates for the region and international aspects of Phi Theta Kappa, fellowship with others from our region, awards banquet and presentation of awards, new officers induction for Alpha Omega and new member induction for Alpha Omega (our PTK alumni chapter).

Alpha Omega celebrated 25 years! Some of their awards from over the years were on display and a celebration cake was enjoyed by all.

Alpha Nu Sigma received awards for:

• 3-Star Chapter

• PTK Edge Course Completions

• Carolinas Regional Service Project

Seth June, a keynote speaker on Saturday afternoon, spoke about "Entrepreneurship: Taking Responsibility for Your Life." Seth is a former officer of Alpha Nu Sigma and a former officer of the Carolinas Region! Congratulations Seth on the journey you have made! Continuing soaring!!!

Congratulations to Shanise Dunn! She was inducted into membership to Alpha Omega!!!
