March Chapter Meeting Notes

Welcome: Introduction/Leadership Development Activity:

• Ice Breaker--Favorite Vacation

2026-2027 Chapter Officers:

• President-  create meeting agendas/lead officer and chapter meetings/lead the chapter

• VP Scholarship & Service-  back up to President/lead CR HiA project

• VP Leadership & Fellowship-  lead CR Service project

• Secretary-  compile roll, take meeting notes, post meeting notes/meeting reminders/announcements

• Historian-  capture pictures of chapter activity

• Sgt. At Arms-  maintain order during meetings/events

Chapter Officer Openings:

• All officer positions are open!

• Positions are active April 2026 through March 2027

• Officers must attend a training session and maintain a 3.25 GPA

• Officers are expected to attend all Officer and Chapter meetings (each held once per month) and participate in chapter projects and activities

• If you are interested in holding an officer position, send an email, include all advisors, letting us know which position

Carolinas Region Service Project:

• From One Heart to Another"

• *Make cards for seniors in nursing homes (done at Regional Convention)

• Collect socks for the homeless

• Volunteer at an animal shelter

• Canned food drive for food bank/pantry

• Back to school donations

• Adopt a park/street to clean

• Adopt a family during the holidays

Carolinas Region HiA Project:

• Located in Awendaw, SC; About 1 hour 45 min from Conway campus

• 8:30am-4:00pm (not including drive time)

• Plan to be working outside all day! Pack your lunch/snacks/drinks
